A Masterpiece in Design — Satisfying the Desires of function, comfort, durability and beauty. Hand-crafted to last a lifetime and be passed down to future generations.

THE CHAIRMAKER — Combining a life-long appreciation for American Antiques with an interest in working wood with hand tools, Milton Scott journeyed to New England to study at the Windsor Institute under the world renowned Windsor Chair Expert Mike Dunbar.

Milton Scott holds a BBA in Industrial Managment from the University of Texas in Austin, has worked in the Water Well industry most of his career as an owner-manager. Scott lived in an 1800's farmhouse he and his wife Sharon restored. Scott's love for woodworking comes from his Grandfather, an English wood-craftsman and homebuilder in Houston, TX. Scott uses his Grandfather's antique tools as well as new reproductions to make his chairs.

After collecting antique chairs for years, Scott developed a love for Windsors, but the high price for antique ones led him to the craft of making his own Antique Reproductions.

Scott Creek Chairs has been featured on TEXAS COUNTRY REPORTER, as well as SOUTHERN LIVING Magazine, THE CHIGAGO TRIBUNE, THE HOUSTON CHRONICLE, NAVASOTA EXAMINER, AND CONROE COURIER.
